Metal Sleeve Made by Centrifugal Casting

Through the analysis of structure and mould, the centrifugal casting mould was improved from the mold positioning and lamination method. A locating sleeve and a positioning ring set were added, so the concentricity of sleeve was ensured and the initial dynamic balance amount was reduced.

Sleeves here could made by Horizontal Centrifugal Casting as well. When a cylindrical casting is produced, sleeves could be machined from the casting. 

Main process of the production included: Material melting -- Molten steel AOD refining -- Cengtrifugal casting -- Heat treatment -- Machining  -- Final inspection -- Packing(quality inspection continues since the begining).
